  - Good: treatment good and staff friendly
  - Improvements: better layout, relaxation rooms, water in the spa area would improve this.

  - good: clean and tidy. Good information in room
  - Improvements: could do with a refresh, rooms are a bit tired
  
  Food
  - Good: fantastic value for money with set menu. Set menus can sometimes be a poor selection, however this was a really good choice and the food was divine.

  Have to say we were both pleasantly surprised that on arrival last Saturday we were able to check into our room at 1140. We had driven up from Reading and it allowed us to change before heading off in a taxi to the races. Reception staff very helpful and efficient.

  Clean rooms, friendly staff, no issues at all with check in or out. Rooms are comfortable with good showers. Swimming pool was well kept, clean and not busy, didn't go to the gym but looked pretty good (as someone who goes to gyms regularly). Didn't get a chance to try the sauna but again looked pretty competent from the outside. Only downside is that the food while OK, is a tad pricy for what it is.
